Refund & Cancellation Policy

At AppsInfinito (operated by Deite Technologies), we value our customers and aim to provide transparency in our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms regarding subscription cancellations and refunds for our SaaS products.

1. Subscription Plans

  • Our products (CRM, Smart Checkout, OMS, WhatsApp Business API integration) are offered on Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly subscription plans.
  • By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing until you cancel your subscription.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@appsinfinito.com
  • Once cancelled, your services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Payments made for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
  • Quarterly and Yearly Subscriptions: If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, you may request a refund. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days back to your original payment method.

4. Failed / Duplicate Transactions

  • In case of duplicate payment or failed transaction where money is deducted but services are not activated, a full refund will be initiated automatically within 5–7 working days.
